FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the field of production and use of mineral microparticles. A method for the production of organically derivatized mineral microparticles is proposed, which includes provision of a solution of one or more organic polyphosphates, provision of mineral microparticles, suspension of the specified mineral microparticles in the specified solution of one or more organic polyphosphates, and mixing of the resulting suspension. At the same time, mixing of the suspension is carried out until the absence of change in a zeta potential of organically derivatized mineral microparticles for more than 10% during a period of time of 5 minutes, with determination, by means of analysis, of reaction product samples isolated with an interval of 5 minutes ± 10 seconds. Mineral microparticles are selected from microparticles of aluminum phosphate, amorphous aluminum hydroxyphosphate, and/or potassium phosphate, and the specified mineral microparticles have a size in the range from 0.01 mcm to 10 mcm. Organically derivatized mineral microparticles obtained by the specified method and the use of the specified particles as biomolecule delivery systems, in particular, as vaccine adjuvants or in blood fractionation are also disclosed.
EFFECT: invention provides simplification of a method for the production of organically derivatized mineral microparticles, increase in the yield of a reaction on a surface of particles, which leads to greater coverage of the surface, wherein obtained microparticles have increased thermal resistance and improved adsorption capacity relatively to antigens.
