FIELD: pharmaceutical industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of producing a product, a product for treating cardiovascular diseases (versions), use of the product. Method of producing a product containing one or more calcium phosphate nanoparticles (CaP-NP) with a negative surface charge, having a ζ-potential in the range from −41.0 mV to −27.0 mV, comprising the following steps: a) maintaining a mixture having a pH in the range of from 7 to 10 and containing an aqueous solution of calcium ions, an aqueous solution of phosphate ions and a solution of citrate ions, at temperature in range from 20 °C to 40 °C for period of time from 30 seconds to 10 minutes; b) removing unreacted ions from solution obtained at step a), thereby forming a suspension of one or more calcium phosphate nanoparticles (CaP-NP); c) extracting a product containing one or more calcium phosphate nanoparticles (CaP-NP) from the suspension obtained at step b). Product for treating cardiovascular diseases containing one or more CaP-NP nanoparticles obtained by said method, where nanoparticles (NP) have a negative surface charge, are characterized by ζ-potential in the range from −41.0 mV to −27.0 mV and have a splitting factor (SF) of not more than 1.76. Product for treating cardiovascular diseases containing one or more CaP-NP nanoparticles obtained by said method, in which nanoparticles (NP) encapsulate one or more therapeutic/diagnostic compounds, have a negative surface charge, characterized by ζ-potential in the range from −41.0 mV to −27.0 mV and Z-index in range from 150 nm to 231 nm. Use of the product obtained by said method in treating cardiovascular diseases.
EFFECT: said method enables to obtain and use a product (versions) for effective intracellular delivery of therapeutic/diagnostic compounds.
