FIELD: biocompatible and biodegradable electrochemical batteries.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biocompatible and biodegradable electrochemical batteries and a method for their manufacture. The anode is formed by depositing a current collector layer on the edge of the substrate surface, which is porous, then a layer of porous graphene on the current collector and the substrate, and applying a hydrogel layer on the graphene layer. The cathode is formed by applying a current collector layer to the surface of the substrate, then a layer of porous graphene to the current collector and the substrate, and applying a layer of cyanobacteria to the graphene layer, and the hydrogel layer is applied to the reverse side of the substrate, and the deposition is performed by the drop-jet method with step-by-step sintering of each deposited layer at a temperature of 150°C, except for the layer with cyanobacteria. The printed energy source is formed by combining an anode and a cathode, and an ion-exchange membrane is placed between them and the anode and cathode are adjacent to this membrane with a layer of hydrogel.
EFFECT: obtaining a miniature product with less thickness and increased flexibility.
