FIELD: medicine; pharmaceutics; cosmetology; food industry.
SUBSTANCE: nano-capsule is proposed, having a size of 30-100 nm, in which a nanoparticle having a size of 5-50 nm and containing a drug and Pluronic is covered with chitosan having molecular weight of 3-20 kDa. The nano-capsule is a preparation for external application on the skin. It is obtained by a method including the first stage of obtainment of a reaction solution by dissolution of a drug and Pluronic with a value of hydrophilic-lipophilic balance (HLB) from 8 to 29 in an organic solvent and their reaction at a room temperature. At the second stage, a nanoparticle is obtained, having a size of 5-50 nm, by addition of drops of the reaction solution from the first stage to distilled water in accordance with nano-precipitation with their continuous mixing and removal of the organic solvent from the reaction solution by natural evaporation. At the third stage, the nanoparticle is covered with chitosan by addition of chitosan with molecular weight of 3-20 kDa to it in distilled water and mixing. A drug delivery system, a cosmetic composition, and a composition for a medical device are also proposed, containing the resulting nano-capsule.
EFFECT: inventions allow for obtainment of nano-capsules characterized by high stability, increase in permeability of poorly soluble drugs through the skin, providing their efficiency.
