SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of laboratory devices and, in particular, mixing devices for biological fluids. The invention relates to a mixing device, which allows for quick and reproducible mixing or emulsification of biological fluids, for example, autologous fluids obtained from patient’s plasma. The invention also relates to a method for mixing of biological fluids to obtain a formulation for local or injectable applications. The mixing method includes placement of a pair of syringes in the mixing device, adjustment of an adjustable fixing element adapted to the pair of syringes, as well as selection and launching of a mixing program, which is a mixing force, adjustable rate, range, and number of transmissions. The mixing device contains a movable carriage moved in a longitudinal direction and fixing elements with an adjustable distance between them.

EFFECT: invention allows for mixing or emulsification of blood fluids with different viscosity, in particular, protein gel and thrombocyte-enriched plasma for preparation of dermatological compositions by a universal, hygienic, and effective method.
