SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a device for dehydrating dispersed materials. In particular, the mobile multi-stage screw-conveyor dryer can be used to dry raw materials such as sand, sludge, biomass, wood waste, etc., in places of their formation, especially in hard-to-reach places. Disclosed is a mobile multi-stage screw dryer, including two or more communicating moving devices located on one frame, consisting of a screw conveyor, an external casing that forms a combustion chamber of a moving device, a loading and unloading hopper and one or more agitators located in zones where the direction of movement of the material changes, when in this case, each moving device is equipped with a manifold with nozzles, one or more nozzles for supplying a coolant to the zone of material movement and one or more devices for removing the gas-vapor mixture, one or more intermediate moving devices consisting of a screw conveyor, an external casing forming a combustion chamber of an intermediate moving device, a hopper for loading and unloading and one or more agitators in the zone of changing the direction of movement of materials, while each intermediate moving device is equipped with a manifold with nozzles, one or more nozzles for both sintering the supply of the coolant to the zone of material movement and one or more devices for removing the gas-vapor mixture, ejectors installed in the inlet channels to control the temperature of the coolant, the combustion chamber of the dryer with a built-in collector of the dryer and a burner.
EFFECT: increasing productivity and quality of drying the initial dispersed materials (raw materials) in a mobile multistage screw dryer to the required degree of humidity.
