FIELD: production of aluminosilicate materials.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of aluminosilicate materials intended for use as proppant agents (proppants) in the production of oil, gas and water in order to increase the efficiency of well recovery using hydraulic fracturing technology (HFT). The technical result of the invention is to simplify the composition of the charge to contain relatively cheap components for the production of lightweight high-strength aluminosilicate proppants, as well as to develop a method for producing these products with high performance characteristics. The mixture for the aluminosilicate proppant includes alkaline cullet, the blowing agent is coke, while the main component of the mixture contains refractory white-burning clay of the Kornilovskoe deposit of the Tomsk Region, which simultaneously acts as a plasticizer, with the following ratio of components, % by weight: white-burning clay 70–76; blowing agent — coke 3–5; alkaline cullet 20–26.

EFFECT: method for producing aluminosilicate proppant includes preparation of charge components, joint grinding of dosed charge components, preparation of a plastic mass, formation of raw granules of 0.8–1.0 mm in size from it, drying, foaming of granules in a rotary kiln at a temperature of 1,050–1,100°C for 6–10 min to sizes of 1.0 to 3.0 mm, cooling the granules, and sieving the granules into fractions.
