FIELD: medical technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of coating from vacuum-arc discharge plasma and can be used to obtain nanostructured coatings on dental structures. To apply a multilayer coating (Zr,Nb)N, Zr and Nb are used as cathode materials. The treated dental structures are installed in a vacuum chamber with the possibility of their rotation around their own axis and planetary rotation around the axis of the table. Optically transparent screens are installed at a distance h = 7-10 mm from dental structures. A negative potential is applied to these structures and screens to provide additional ion bombardment by a discharge based on the hollow cathode effect during pre–cleaning of the surface in an argon medium and when coating in a reaction gas medium: nitrogen.
EFFECT: adhesion of the coating improves, residual stresses decrease, and the formation of a droplet phase decreases.
