SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods for sonodynamic therapy, including combined administration of a microbubble-chemotherapeutical agent complex together with a microbubble-sonosensitizer complex. In this case, the specified chemotherapeutical agent is 5-fluorouracil, doxorubicin, gemcitabine, docetaxel, or paclitaxel, and the specified sonosensitizer is Bengal red dye. Pharmaceutical compositions containing the specified complexes and their use in methods for sonodynamic therapy in the treatment of cancer, such as, for example, pancreatic cancer, are also proposed.
EFFECT: combined use of a microbubble-chemotherapeutical agent complex with a microbubble-sonosensitizer complex in a method for sonodynamic therapy leads to improvement of the efficiency of treatment of deeply located tumors.
