FIELD: thermochemical destruction of solid carbonaceous substances.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods for a device for vortex staged thermochemical destruction of solid carbonaceous substances. A method for in-line staged vortex thermochemical destruction of carbon-containing substances is described, according to which a mixture of fuel and oxidizer is formed, where the oxidizer containing atmospheric air, or oxygen, or water vapor, or carbon dioxide, or a mixture thereof, is used as a transport stream capable of carrying fuel particles of a given fraction and mass, which are dosed into the flow in a given proportion, and successively indirect heating is carried out by the outgoing incandescent flow to the autoignition temperature and subjected to destruction to turn into a gas and move further through the reactor space for recombination into the target gases with heat transfer to heat the incoming flow. A device for implementing the above method is described, containing a pressure fan for creating an oxidizer carrier stream and a rotary feeder for dosing fuel particles into the oxidizer stream, creating a working stream of a mixture of oxidizer and solid fuel, which is fed into the thermochemical conversion reactor with a vacuum-air cooling system, containing heating, destruction and synthesis chambers, where the heating chamber is equipped with a cassette annular nozzle, the destruction chamber is equipped with a thermal capacitor, and the synthesis chamber is equipped with a steam generator, while a screw loader is used to supply solid fuel.

EFFECT: increase in the efficiency and environmental friendliness of the thermochemical destruction of solid carbon-containing substances.
