FIELD: shoe cleaning.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of cleaning shoes from dirt using air jets and can be used in passenger cars. The method for cleaning shoes involves the supply of air flow to the surface to be cleaned and the formation of a reduced pressure near it. From the heel side of the shoe, the flow passes out of the threshold of the vehicle, or/and from the door of which the flow runs from at upper side of the shoe, at least part of which flows around the side surface of the shoe. When the door 3 is opened from the outside, the radiator 6 turns on and the beams 7 illuminate the zone of movement of the compressed air flow. The driver sits on the seat, puts the dirty shoes 5 under the rays 7 and turns on the air supply from the nozzle 4 to the surface of the shoes. At the same time, one part of the airflow blows away the contamination from the upper surface of the shoe, and the other part flows around its side surface and deviates to the sole, creating a reduced pressure behind the point of separation from the surface, as a result of which the contamination from the center of the sole moves to the edge, is captured by the streamlined air and falls to the ground. Compressed air is also supplied from the nozzle 8, so that shoes with soles are cleaned from the rear side, and can also be directed to the mirror 12 to prevent its contamination.

EFFECT: objective of the invention is to improve the operational characteristics and simplify the design implementing the method.
