FIELD: acoustics.

SUBSTANCE: noise-protective screen elements. The noise-protective screen element contains a rear acoustic reflective panel, a front panel and an acoustic panel located between the rear acoustically reflective and front panels. The front panel is made in the form of a mesoscale acoustically conductive cuboid particle formed from a lattice of parallel V-shaped plates with an opening angle α in the range from 120 and not more than 180 degrees to the incident radiation, with the distance between the plates not more than λ/2, where λ is the smallest wavelength in the noise spectrum. The plates are made of a material with an impedance value different from the environment impedance, with a characteristic size of an acoustically conducting particle from λ1 to 50 λ1, where λ1 is the largest wavelength of the noise spectrum, which focuses the radiation incident on it into the subwave region located in the body of the particle and does not reach its shadow surface. The acoustic panel located between the rear and front panels is made in the form of an acoustically absorbing panel placed on the shadow surface of a mesoscale acoustically conductive particle along its optical axis and with a characteristic size of at least λ1.

EFFECT: increase in noise-protective properties and strength, combined with the ability to ventilate areas with noise sources.
