FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: method for manufacturing anisotropic barium hexaferrites with a high degree of magnetic texture. The method for manufacturing anisotropic barium hexaferrites includes molding blanks in a magnetic field and subsequent sintering of the resulting blanks, while molding blanks is carried out by hot slip casting under a pressure of 0.3-0.5 MPa at 70-80°C and in a magnetic field of 450-550 kA/m, followed by demagnetization in an opposite magnetic field of 240-260 kA/m after cooling the blanks below 45°С and using a binder based on paraffin and wax, in the following ratio of components, % by weight: paraffin - 8-10, wax - 0.5-1.0, barium hexaferrite powder - the rest.
EFFECT: increase in the magnetic energy of a permanent magnet made of barium hexaferrite.
