FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of electrical engineering, in particular to wireless energy transmission. Energy transmitter (101) transmits energy to energy receiver (105) by means of an electromagnetic energy transmission signal. Energy transmitter (101) contains output circuit (302, 103) with transmitting coil (103) generating an energy transmission signal in response to an excitation signal generated with exciter (301). Configuration controller (303) switches between energy transmission configurations having different maximum limit values of power and voltage amplitude for the excitation signal. Transmitter (307) transmits to energy receiver (105) a power configuration message containing data indicating voltage amplitude for the first energy transmission configuration, while receiver (305) receives a message with a request for changing energy transmission configuration from energy receiver (105). Specified configuration controller (303) switches energy transmitter (101) to the first energy transmission configuration in response to the specified message with the request for changing energy transmission configuration.
EFFECT: provision of different maximum limit values of power due to combined change in configuration of a transmitter and a receiver.
