FIELD: wood products.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to production of wood products, in particular to repair of products during production of plywood. The plywood board repair system (100) includes a detection device (120) for scanning a plywood board, a repair device (130) for performing plywood board repair operation, a conveyor device (150) for transporting plywood boards, and a control device (160) for generating a control signal for conveyor device to stop plywood boards. A plywood board is received, scanned by at least one detection device configured to at least partially move over the scanned plywood board. At least one repair device performs the operation of repairing the plywood board in the second stop position as a response to receiving a control signal from the control device, configured to generate a control signal for at least one repair device due to detection of a plywood board defect based on information obtained from using at least one detection device.
EFFECT: quality of repaired plywood board increases, the consumption of material for repairs decreases.
