SUBSTANCE: method for producing a solid-extinguishing agent (SEA) for extinguishing fires of ABCE classes Drying and grinding of ammophos is carried out. The following is carried out: introduction of a complex functional filler, crystallization of the particles of the cooling additive - crystalline magnesium ammonium phosphate hexahydrate or magnesium phosphate twenty-two-water in the presence of surfactants in the amount of 0.05-0.1 wt.%, which is carried out at a temperature of 25-30°C for 1 hour at a stirring speed of 800-1000 rpm. Produce subsequent washing with water and drying, adding the resulting cooling additive to the rest of the components of the powder composition and mixing. An increase in the fire-extinguishing effect is achieved due to the preservation of crystallization water in the original amount and its release during the thermal decomposition of the crystalline hydrate, accompanied by an endothermic effect (~1300 J/g), significantly exceeding the thermal effect of ammophos decomposition (~900 J/g), and dilution of combustible gases in the combustion zone with water vapor.

EFFECT: increasing the SEA cooling capacity, as well as reduction of power consumption at the stage of grinding the components of the composition containing crystallization water.
