The device consists of a pipeline (1), a system (2) of pipes, a pump (3) for supplying water, a flow analytical cell (4), measuring devices (5), a controller (6) for collecting and transmitting data, the 1st GSN transmitter (7) with antenna, power source (8), isothermal container (9), 1st comparing unit (10), 1st generator (11), delay register (12), signal subtraction unit (13), 2nd comparing unit (14), 2nd controller (15), element (16) or block (17) of local treatment facilities, storage tank (18) of purified water, 2nd GSN transmitter (19) with antenna, automatic controller (20), cross-over valve drive (21), pump (22), cross-over valve (23).
EFFECT: providing the possibility of regulating the release of polluted wastewater.
