The method includes performing a computer aortography of the abdominal aorta followed by scoring of risk factors: draped aorta, hyperdense sickle-cell symptom, thickening of para-aortic tissue, iliac artery diameter, and further evaluation of the results.

EFFECT: method provides early rapid detection of patients with a high risk of rupture of aneurysm wall among the general population of patients with abdominal aortic aneurysm, due to the urgent and accurate determination of indications for urgent surgical intervention in patients with abdominal aortic aneurysm according to computer aortography by determining the degree of risk of rupture of abdominal aortic aneurism.
