SUBSTANCE: meat-and-vegetable pate is proposed, which contains beef or pork liver, sunflower oil, light water, bulb onions, food salt, sugar sand, liver broth, lentil puree, tomatoes, pearl barley, carrots, parsnip roots, white cabbages, blend of CO2-extracts and juglone. Blend of CO2-extracts includes black pepper, ginger, parsley and dill at ratio of 5:3:2:4.
EFFECT: invention is aimed at production of meat-and-vegetable paste with high nutritional value, prolonged storage life, which expands the range of meat-and-vegetable products.
