FIELD: dielectric materials.
SUBSTANCE: polyimides and copolyimides are intended for the manufacture of thermally stable dielectric materials with a set of high-performance characteristics that can be used in microelectronics. Polyimide is a compound of the general formula as follows

where x=1, 2; n=20÷100, m=80÷0.
EFFECT: resulting polyimides and copolyimides have increased thermal and oxidative stability, solubility, low yellowness index, and good optical transparency.
