FIELD: oil and fat industry.

SUBSTANCE: method for producing a blend of vegetable oils for women from 30 to 44 years of the first group of physical activity, characterized by using a blend of vegetable oils of milk thistle, camelina, linseed and sunflower, taken in a ratio of 70:12:13:5 to obtain a blend, at which the ratio of fatty acids omega-3:omega-6:omega-9=1:5:1.5 is achieved, to obtain which the seeds are preliminarily cleaned of impurities, subjected to heat and moisture treatment, then the seeds are sent for pressing at a temperature of 1–60°C, then the pressed oil is subjected to purification, filtration, then the obtained components of the blend of vegetable oils, namely: milk thistle, camelina, linseed and sunflower, are dosed in portions, heated to a temperature of 5–40°C and blended, then the oil goes to deodorization and refining, then to bottling, and during bottling, preliminary nitriding of the blend of vegetable oils is used.

EFFECT: obtaining a blend of vegetable oils by optimizing the fatty acid composition and selecting the ratio of omega-3, omega-6 and omega-9 fatty acids of increased biological value of the finished product, most adapted to the needs of the body of women from 30 to 44 years of the first group of physical activity with therapeutic-preventive properties.
