SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the oil and fat industry. A method for producing a blend of vegetable oils for pregnant women, characterized in that a mixture of vegetable oils is used to obtain a blend: sunflower, rapeseed, milk thistle and camelina, taken in a ratio of 15:20:13:52, at which the ratio of omega-3 fatty acids is achieved: omega-6:omega-9=1:1.5:1.3, to obtain which the seeds are preliminarily cleaned of impurities, subjected to heat and moisture treatment, then the seeds are sent for pre-pressing at a temperature of 50-60°C, then the pressed oil is subjected to purification, filtration, all the obtained components of the blend of vegetable oils, namely: sunflower, rapeseed, milk thistle and camelina, are dosed in portions, heated to a temperature of 35-40°C and mixed, then the oil goes to deodorization and refining and then to bottling, and pre-nitriding is used during bottling blend of vegetable oils.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to obtain a four-component blend of vegetable oils for pregnant women by optimizing the fatty acid composition and selecting the ratio of omega-3, omega-6 and omega-9 fatty acids with improved energy and nutritional value of the finished product, which is most adapted to the needs of the body of pregnant women.
