FIELD: oil and fat industry.

SUBSTANCE: method for obtaining a blend of vegetable oils for women over 75 years old with a physical activity level PAL 1.7 is characterized in that a mixture of milk thistle, camelina, sunflower and mustard vegetable oils, taken in a ratio of 64:28:5:3, is used to obtain a blend, the ratio of fatty acids omega-3:omega-6:omega-9=1:5:2 is achieved, and in order to obtain oils, the seeds are cleaned of impurities in advance, subjected to heat and moisture treatment, then the seeds are sent for pressing at a temperature of 50-60°C, then the pressed oil is subjected to purification, filtration, then the obtained components of the blend of vegetable oils, namely mustard, camelina, flaxseed and milk thistle, are dosed in portions, heated to a temperature of 35-40°C and mixed, then the oil is deodorized and refined, then bottled, moreover, during bottling, preliminary nitriding of the blend of vegetable oils is carried out.

EFFECT: invention allows optimizing the fatty acid composition of omega-3, omega-6 and omega-9 fatty acids, increasing the nutritional and biological value of the blend, balancing the ratio of essential fatty acids; and the use of the blend helps prevent diabetes and cancer, reduce hair loss, improve the nervous system, skin, bone, brain health, produce hormones and lead an active lifestyle in old age.
