SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for the production of blends of unrefined vegetable oils for functional use for athletes. A method for obtaining a blend of vegetable oils for athletes, characterized by the fact that a mixture of vegetable oils is used to obtain a blend: camelina, sunflower, linseed and rapeseed, taken in a ratio of 85:0.5:13:1.5, respectively, while in order to obtain oils, the seeds are pre-cleaned from impurities, subjected to heat and moisture treatment, then the seeds are pre-pressed, carried out at a temperature of 50-60°C, then the pressed oil is cleaned, filtered, all the resulting components of the blend vegetable oils, namely: camelina, sunflower, linseed, rapeseed are dosed in portions, heated to a temperature of 35-40°C and mixed, then the oil is supplied for deodorization and refining and then for bottling, and during bottling, preliminary nitriding of a blend of vegetable oils is applied.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to obtain a blend of vegetable oils for athletes with a balanced ratio of omega-3, omega-6 and omega-9 fatty acids to improve the compositional structure of the body: to increase muscle mass and to burn fat, especially during the drying period; to reduce the recovery time of the tired muscles after heavy exertion.
