FIELD: oil and fat industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of the production of blends of unrefined functional vegetable oils for men aged 30 to 44 years of the second group of physical activity and can be used in the food and pharmaceutical industry. The method for producing a blend of vegetable oils for men from 30 to 44 years old of the second group of physical activity is characterized by the following: a mixture of vegetable oils of camelina, milk thistle, mustard and linseed is used to obtain a blend, taken in a ratio of 8:65:16:11 respectively, while to obtain oils the seeds are preliminarily cleaned of impurities, subjected to thermal and moisture treatment, then the seeds are sent for prepressing at a temperature of 50–60°C, then the pressed oil is subjected to purification and filtration, all the obtained components of the blend of vegetable oils, namely: camelina, milk thistle, mustard, linseed, are dosed in portions, heated to a temperature of 35–40°C and mixed, then the oil goes to deodorization and refining and then to bottling, and during bottling, preliminary nitriding of the blend of vegetable oils is used.

EFFECT: invention allows to develop a blend with a balanced ratio of omega-3, omega-6 and omega-9 polyunsaturated fatty acids of increased biological value of the finished product for men from 30 to 44 years of the second group of physical activity (workers engaged in light work: urban transport drivers, workers in the food, textile, clothing, electronics industries, conveyor operators, weighers, packers, surgeons, nurses, salespeople, etc.).
