At the same time, to obtain zinc oxide in the form of a hierarchical structure, on the branches of which Cu2O and CuO nanocrystals are located, the atomic content of copper is 0.15 at.%, the annealing temperature in air is 600°C, annealing time 30 min.

EFFECT: due to the formation of a photocatalyst in the form of a ZnO/Cu2O-CuO heterostructure, the photocatalytic activity increases.
