SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical information processing systems. The proposed system causes the computer to function as a measurement means for estimating the meaning of a user's facial expression contained in a captured image, a display means for displaying the captured image and a value of a facial expression estimated by the measurement means, an instruction means for instructing the user to capture an image of the user's face with the imaging device by assigning a value of a facial expression to be estimated by the measuring means, extracting means for analysing the face image of the user captured by the imaging device and extracting the locations of a plurality of feature points on the face image, computing means for calculating a value indicative of stress using the locations of the set characteristic points extracted by the extraction means, and an output means for outputting a value indicative of the stress calculated by the computing means, wherein the calculation means calculates, as a value serving as an indicator of stress, a value representing the skewness of the face according to the plurality of characteristic points obtained from the face image when the user makes a facial expression with the assigned facial expression value.
