SUBSTANCE: invention relates to integrated navigation systems that are used on ships of the port fleet, including tugboats designed for remote control from the shore. The tug traffic control system contains a surveillance and search system, an on-board surveillance subsystem, a high-precision wiring and mooring system, a hydroacoustic positioning system, an autonomous navigation system, a coordinated traffic control system, a ship integrated control system of technical equipment, connected to the tug's network router. The coordinated traffic control system is connected to the signal converter of the tug ship's actuating devices, which, in turn, is connected to the ship integrated control system of technical equipment. The network router of the tug transmits the received data through the crypto-gateway via data exchange channels with the remote control post through the coastal crypto-gateway to the coastal network router, which is connected to the servers, computer, information, mapping and hydrometeorological servers of a-Navigation.

EFFECT: high-precision positioning of the tug is provided.
