FIELD: folic acid bis-amides.
SUBSTANCE: folic acid bis-amides of general formula I with two substituents, each containing 9 boron atoms.
EFFECT: technical result of the invention is the creation of a new group of chemical compounds - folic acid bis -amides containing nido -carborane residues of low toxicity, able to accumulate in tumor cells, which can be used as agents for boron neutron capture therapy of tumor diseases.
