METHOD FOR PREDICTING EARLY PREECLAMPSIA ACCORDING TO THE LEVEL OF PROCOAGULANT ACTIVITY OF TISSUE FACTOR IN BLOOD PLASMA AT 19-21 WEEKS OF GESTATION IN PATIENTS OF THE LOW-RISK GROUP Russian patent published in 2023 - IPC G01N33/564 G01N33/68 G01N33/86

Abstract RU 2795083 C1

FIELD: medicine; obstetrics.

SUBSTANCE: invention can be used to predict early preeclampsia according to the level of procoagulant activity of tissue factor in blood plasma at 19–21 weeks of gestation in patients of the low-risk group. If the level of procoagulant activity of tissue factor (TF) is greater than or equal to 14.74 pmol/liter, a high risk of developing early preeclampsia is predicted.

EFFECT: method provides the possibility of predicting the development of early preeclampsia in patients of a low-risk group, allowing timely stratification of pregnant women into a group for additional examination methods and preventive measures, by determining the level of procoagulative activity of TF in blood plasma at 19–21 weeks of gestation, during the second ultrasound screening for patients at low risk of developing preeclampsia.
