FIELD: instrumentation.

SUBSTANCE: used to create sensors for large and medium loads. The elastic element is made in the form of a rectangular parallelepiped with two sections having a minimum cross-sectional area and four figured areas, monolithically connected with the parallelepiped. The half-bridges of the strain gauges are located on one side of the substrate, which, like the half-bridges, is fixed to the surface of the cylinder with glue, and the interconnections, pads and microcable are located on the other side inside the cylinder. The substrate with the bridge of strain gauges is fixed along the generatrix on the inner surface of the cylinder, while the first and second half-bridges are located in the zone of maximum shear stresses. Another version of the sticker is also possible: the substrate with the bridge of strain gauges is fixed across the generatrix of the cylinder, while the first and second half-bridges are located opposite each other also in the zone of maximum shear stresses.

EFFECT: increasing the accuracy and reliability of measurements, reducing the height, simplifying installation and operation, as well as expanding the range towards greater loads.
