SUBSTANCE: cartridges for containing aerosol-forming substrate. Invention is related in particular to use in aerosol-generating devices, and more particularly to cartridges containing a lid for closing or at least partially closing such cartridges. A cartridge for placing an aerosol-forming substrate comprises a body with one or more walls and a wall opening made in said at least one or more walls; a cavity located in said body and in fluid communication with at least one said wall opening; and a lid coupled to said body with the possibility of rotation. The lid is movable between the first position, in which the wall opening is open, and the second position, in which the wall opening is closed by said lid.

EFFECT: ensuring the possibility of multiple use of the cartridge, as well as its closure after use.
