Described is a method for diagnosing ovarian cancer based on a group of genes of long non-coding RNA by detecting the methylation of at least one of three markers; according to the invention, the markers are the SSTR5-AS1, KCNK15-AS1, and MAGI2-AS3 genes.

EFFECT: claimed method allows for high clinical sensitivity and specificity in detecting ovarian cancer.
