SUBSTANCE: invention refers to biotechnology, particularly molecular biology and oncology. Described is a method for diagnosing ovarian cancer based on a group of microRNA genes by detecting methylation of at least one marker of four, characterized by that the markers of the system are genes miR-124a-3, miR-129-2, miR-193a and miR-107.
EFFECT: claimed method enables detecting ovarian cancer with high clinical sensitivity and specificity.
