Method for predicting metastasis of ovarian cancer based on a group of microRNA genes by detecting methylation of at least three of five markers is described, the method is characterized in that the system markers are genes: miR-137, miR-193a, miR-1258, miR-203 and miR-127.

EFFECT: claimed method allows to detect ovarian cancer and to predict its metastasis with high clinical sensitivity and specificity.
