Method for manufacturing parts of industrial equipment and tools includes manufacturing a workpiece from structural steel, applying a functional layer by continuous laser cladding, at first the workpiece is given the necessary shape, including fixing holes, the working surface is identified and machined, reducing the working surface by 0.5-1 mm, then surfacing is carried out by feeding a wire consisting of a material forming a functional layer into the surfacing zone.

EFFECT: acceleration and simplification of the process of manufacturing and repair of parts, keeping dimensions of the part within the margins, and obtaining a surface with desired properties.
