FIELD: heat exchange.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to heat exchange devices, in which water vapour and vapour of other liquid media are cooled and condensed by atmospheric air, and can be used in chemical, oil refining, petrochemical, power and other industries. In an air condenser of vapour, including a heat exchange matrix with a sheet heat transfer surface, made of one bent sheet with the formation of alternating between each other slit channels for the target heat carrier and channels for the passage of cooling air, having partially corrugated walls, covers placed on the ends of the heat exchange matrix and tightly connected by their contour edges with the inner surface of the walls of the slotted channels, a fan with a drive, channels of the heat exchange matrix are directed horizontally or have a slope, the covers on the ends of the heat exchange matrix are made in the form of combs, upper walls of channels for passage of cooling air are formed by common closing sheet, fixed by its longitudinal edges on walls of side channels of heat exchange matrix, lower walls of slotted channels are formed by common bottom, which is part of bent sheet, inner spaces of slotted channels are connected to each other through a window in the bottom by a collector of the target heat carrier, having an internal longitudinal partition and connected to the inlet and outlet nozzles, one of the ends of the heat exchange matrix has a detachable connection with the fan unit, in the cylindrical part of which there is a fan with a drive, and in its diffuser part there are gas headers connected by tubes with inner spaces of slotted channels for target heat carrier. In addition, guide vanes and nozzles are installed in the cylindrical part of the fan unit.
EFFECT: simplified design and improved manufacturability of the device.
