FIELD: polyether industry.
SUBSTANCE: production of structural products for special purposes in additive techniques. Claimed method is for producing sized fiberglass by applying a sizing, which is a mixture of 1,4-diaminobenzene, 1-4 wt.% and oligophenylene sulfone based on 4,4'-dioxydiphenyl and 4,4'-dichlorodiphenylsulfone, 4-1 wt.%, onto fiberglass from a solution with a mass concentration of 0.62% in a mixture of acetone and chloroform V(acetone):V(chloroform) at 30:120 ratio, followed by a stepwise rise in temperature to 60°C and simultaneous distillation of solvents when exposed to ultrasound with an operating power of 35 kHz. Finished fiberglass obtained by the proposed method, and a polymer composite, which contains 80 wt.% of a polymer matrix based on polyesterimide and 20 wt.% of the proposed sized fiberglass are also claimed.
EFFECT: improvement of glass transition temperatures of created polymer composites due to introduction of a sizing composition, which increases the wettability of the filler and increases the boundary interactions between the filler and the polyesterimide matrix.
