FIELD: surgical equipment.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to variants of an adapter for pairing a surgical device with an electrically driven surgical impact instrument. The surgical impact instrument includes an abutment and is configured to generate energy to move the abutment in the forward or reverse direction along the axis of the abutment. The forward impact adapter surface interacts with the forward impact surface of the surgical impact instrument. The reverse impact adapter surface is different from the forward impact surface and interacts with the reverse impact surface of the surgical impact instrument, which is different from the forward impact surface of the surgical impact instrument. The first, second and third surfaces of the adapter form the first, second and third planes, each of which is parallel to the abutment axis. The first, second and third surfaces allow the adapter to be positioned with respect to the surgical impact instrument in the first, second and third rotational positions around the abutment axis. The surfaces of the forward or reverse impact adapter come into contact with the abutment during operation of the surgical impact instrument and transmit the impact through the adapter to the surgical device. In another embodiment, the adapter is configured to interface the surgical device at the forward end of the adapter with a powered surgical impactor. The adapter surface, oriented perpendicular to the abutment axis, receives the impact force in the first direction and transmits it to the stop in the first direction along the abutment axis.
EFFECT: increased accuracy of the impactor, reduced energy losses in lateral directions, improved fit of implants and improved results of surgical intervention, as well as minimization of cavity distortion in the implantation area with obtaining cavities with more precise contours and shapes.
