FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a system for controlling tubes and components for a biotechnological system, namely a bioreactor vessel, a biotechnological treatment device and a biotechnological system. Bioreactor vessel contains bottom, peripheral side wall, limiting inner space for arrangement of flexible bag, and locking mechanism made with possibility of support plate retention in specified recess and with possibility of support plate attachment to bottom of bioreactor vessel. Bottom has a recess to accommodate the support plate of the flexible bag. Locking mechanism comprises fixing element for retaining support plate in recess. Biotechnological treatment device comprises a flexible bag with a support plate at the bottom, which is placed in a corresponding recess at the bottom of the bioreactor vessel.
EFFECT: group of inventions provides an improved installation of flexible bags for biotechnological treatment in a biotechnological system due to the fact that the locking mechanism makes it easy to level, more accurate positioning and holding of the bag for biotechnological treatment in the vessel of the bioreactor, with less time spent on these operations than when using traditional biotechnological systems.
