FIELD: test equipment.

SUBSTANCE: positioning stand for testing military equipment contains a support and a lifting frame. The support frame is pivotally connected to the lifting frame. The lifting frame contains a turntable for placing a test object on it, drives for lifting the frame and turning the platform, hydraulic cylinders, and a drive for the turntable. Hydraulic cylinders tilt the lifting frame to a set degree. The metal structure of the support frame is made hollow from a set of communicating sealed compartments equipped with fittings for filling and draining the liquid medium. The support frame contains elements for fastening to the ground by means of screw or driven anchors. The lifting frame is equipped with an additional set of buttresses. The horizontal width of the support frame does not exceed the width of the turntable. The metal structures of both frames and the turntable are covered with radar-absorbing material from the side of radar measurements.

EFFECT: increased accuracy when shooting radar signatures of the studied military equipment, as well as expanding the range of application due to the possibility of conducting tests to assess the destructive effect of ammunition at different angles of encounter with military equipment.
