SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices and methods for determining the direction of view and can be used in various fields of technology, including robotics. The method for determining the direction of the user's view includes obtaining an image of the left eye and an image of the right eye containing glare created respectively by light sources of the left eye and light sources of the right eye, determining the position of the pupil of the eye, determining the position and numbering of the glare on the cornea of the eye, determining the optical axis of the eye and determining view directions based on the specific optical axis of the eye and information about the surrounding scene.
EFFECT: improved accuracy in determining the direction of view, high data processing speed, low hardware requirements, and reduced weight of the wearable device.
