FIELD: medicine, vascular surgery.
SUBSTANCE: in the operating room conditions, the location of the malformation and the point for puncture are determined in the patient under medical sedation and under the control of ultrasound navigation. Then, aspiration of the hemorrhagic contents of the malformation is carried out, after which a solution of the hemoblock preparation is injected at the rate of 1 ml/kg of the patient's weight under ultrasound control. After that, the needle is removed from the malformation cavity, an antiseptic dressing is applied at the injection site, followed by kinesio taping to achieve a lymphatic drainage effect.
EFFECT: method allows to significantly reduce the volume of vascular malformation, reduce the time of onset of a positive effect and recovery time, simplify treatment, increase lymph flow and minimize the development of serious complications.
