FIELD: hydraulic engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of hydraulic engineering, namely the construction of berthing and protective structures of naval bases mainly in the open water area of the sea and allows, with appropriate application, to form a developed system of both berthing and protective structures of naval bases, regardless of displacement ships of the fleet, the deployment of which is planned to be implemented after the commissioning of the facilities of the specified naval base. A method for constructing a hydraulic structure of a naval base, consisting of two mutually anchored walls and backfilling between them, includes the installation of two mounting pile racks, hanging crossbars on these racks, interconnected in pairs by ties and made in the form of a single rigid geometrically unchanging frame structure , fixing the distance between the mounting pile racks with clamps of the supporting elements of the crossbars, installing wall panels between adjacent crossbars of each rack and resting them on the soil base, arrangement of hollow block heads over wall panels and crossbars and filling their internal voids with a hardening solution, backfilling with subsequent dismantling of pile racks, moreover, the crossbars are made with lock-type guides intercepting anchor elements during installation of wall panels, tightening wall panels together and crossbars and rigidly fixing their mutual planned position, and the vertical edges of the wall panels are equipped with metal anchor elements. At the same time, construction work is carried out in a pre-arranged external caisson with pumped out water in sections, separated by ties and wall panels between two adjacent crossbars. The construction of sections is carried out using an internal caisson by alternately moving the internal and external caissons from the shore to the sea with pumping water in a closed circuit. After the installation of wall panels on the outside of the structure, the installation of an inclined reinforced base is carried out using spacers with grooves for mounting to wall panels, with the formation of inclination angles to the wall panels and the soil base of 45 degrees, laying bags with a cement mixture, which makes it possible to perform underwater concreting in case of damage to the caisson, to fill the cavity behind the spacers, laying an additional cement mixture to level the surface of the arranged bags, and dismantling of pile racks, the lining of the surface of wall panels with hollow blocks and an inclined reinforced base formed by spacers and bags with cement mixture is carried out.
EFFECT: exclusion of underwater technical work due to construction in a pre-arranged caisson, increasing the stability of the structure due to an inclined reinforced base, preventing the destruction of concrete wall panels and caps, and increasing the overhaul life of building structures of hydraulic structures.
