SUBSTANCE: method for obtaining sized glass fibers, and polymer glass fiber composite materials intended as structural polymer materials in additive techniques, including PEI and GF, sized. Method for obtaining sized glass fibers and polymer composite materials intended as structural polymer materials in additive techniques, including 80 wt.% polyesterimide and 20 wt.% glass fiber, sized with p-phenylenediamine and oligomeric ethersulfone based on 4,4 '-dioksiftalofenone and 4,4'-dichlorodiphenylsulfone with the degree of polycondensation n = 19-23. Sizing of glass fiber is carried out by applying sizing components from a 0.48% chloroform solution, followed by distillation of the solvent with a rise in temperature in a stepped mode and drying in an oven under vacuum at 73-74°C.
EFFECT: improving the rheological properties of the created fiberglass-polymer composite material by introducing a sizing composition that increases the wettability of the filler and increases the intermolecular interactions between the glass fiber and the polyesterimide matrix.
