SUBSTANCE: invention relates to new lipids and compositions containing them. The invention relates to a compound of formula (IA), where l represents 5; m is 7; M1 is M'; R4 is -(CH2)n Q, where Q is -N(R)R8 and n is 3; M and M' are independently selected from -C(O)O- and -OC(O)-; R8 is cyclobutenyl substituted with one or more oxo, amino, heterocycloalkyl selected from piperidinyl, morpholinyl and 4-methylpiperazin-1-yl, and mono- or dialkylamino, where mono- and dialkylamino are substituted with one C1-3 alkoxy or dialkylamino; R2 and R3 are independently C8-10 alkyl; R is H; and R' is C9-18 alkyl. The invention also relates to a nanoparticle composition for delivery of a therapeutic and/or prophylactic agent based on a compound of formula (IA).
EFFECT: new compounds and a composition based on them have been obtained, which can be used in medicine when delivering therapeutic and/or prophylactic agents to cells or organs of mammals, for example, to regulate the expression of a polypeptide, protein or gene.
