SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the new use of 9-aroyl-8-hydroxy-6-(2-hydroxyethyl)-1,3,6-triazaspiro[4,4]non-8-en-2,4,7-trions of the general formula 5a-e, as agents with anti-tuberculosis activity.
where: R = H, Ar = Ph (a), 4-ClC6H4 (b); R = Ph, Ar = Ph (c), 4-ClC6H4 (d), 4-BrC6H4 (e).
EFFECT: effective inhibition of Mycobacterium tuberculosis provided by the compound of the indicated structure 5a-e.
