SUBSTANCE: method for assessing the anorexigenic effect of drinking mineral waters is proposed, including measuring the concentration of leptin in the blood on an empty stomach and after taking 200 ml of the studied drinking mineral water at room temperature. An increase in the initial value of leptin concentration by 15% or more after taking mineral water indicates its anorexigenic effect on a given person, an increase of less than 15% indicates the absence of anorexigenic effect.
EFFECT: effective method for assessing the anorexigenic effect of drinking mineral waters.
