FIELD: pharmaceutical chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a compound of formula 1, its pharmaceutically acceptable salt, a stereoisomer and a pharmaceutical composition based on it. In formula 1, R1 is selected from hydrogen, alkyl having 1 to 6 carbon atoms, or cycloalkyl having 3 to 6 carbon atoms, where alkyl may be substituted by cycloalkyl having 3 to 6 carbon atoms; R2 is selected from hydrogen, alkyl having 1 to 6 carbon atoms, cycloalkyl having 3 to 6 carbon atoms, halogen, or CF3 where alkyl may be substituted by cycloalkyl having 3 to 6 carbon atoms, or at least one halogen; R3, R4, R5A and R5B are presented in the claims.
EFFECT: compound of formula 1 as an agonist of sphingosine-1-phosphate (S1P) receptors.
