FIELD: medicine; experimental coloproctology.
SUBSTANCE: mechanical cleaning of the rectum from the contents to a depth of 8–10 cm is performed. An endoscope is inserted and a portion of the native mucous membrane of the rectum is selected. An endoscopic loop captures a section of the intestinal wall with a diameter of at least 10 mm at maximum air exufflation. In the mixed mode of electroexcision with a current of 5.0–6.0 A, the intestinal wall is cut off and coagulated to the depth of the muscle layer.
EFFECT: method allows to form ulcerative defects of the intestinal wall in minipigs, corresponding to a typical picture of ulcerative defects of the intestinal wall in Crohn's disease; provide the ability to test medicines and drugs, as well as the possibility of observation for three weeks after the simulation.
